Here, you can get to know the guys upstairs. These are Val Thor, The Venusians, Sanat Kumara and The galactic Federation of Light. They are the ones who ‘assigned’ Cosmic Congress to Troy and they are the ones who initiated this gathering. “To serve as a full fledged Galactic Federation Congressional caucus of Earth Humans and Star Peoples.”
Valiant Thor the Venusian
He has come to guide and attend our caucus on behalf of the Venusians. After Val and his team were unsuccessful at changing the destructive ways of America and Earth Humans via Eisenhower’s administration, they have opted to participate in the Cosmic Congress community. We are humbled to walk and stand with them as we actively bridge Humankind with Star Nations.
Sanat Kumara the Ascended Master
A master of compassion, it is only natural that Sanat would join our community. We are blessed to have him guide the interspecies reconciliation we are fostering.
Christ Tale the White Crystal Dragon
As a central focus of the first annual Cosmic Congress in 2026, Christ Tale has asked Troy to hold a special emphasis on conversation and conscious reparations work to heal any remaining echoes from the Orion Wars within attendees. This is significant because Troy will be holding a seminar on Orion Dragon Reiki and the Orion Wars and will be teaching Orion Dragon Reiki Level 1 in the Monday Immersion, as it was taught to him by Christ Tale. The Dragon Sanctuary planet orbiting Saiph in the Orion Constellation continues to be a safe haven for dragons and peaceful beings alike, and precedes the start of the Orion Wars as they were carried out against the Humans by the Evil Draco.
Turulk the Lyran
An Ambassador to the Lyran Council of Elders, Turulk is loyal and will speak ancient wisdom and encouragement. He brings the peaceful sincerity and knowledge of the ‘shamanic’ wisdom from the Lyran Council to this caucus.
